got to tito johnny's house at 12.

first thing handed to me was a fist-sized piece of chicharon. first form of nourishment, how delightful. hearty to say the least.

lunch time at the medina residence: hito, buro, rice, taba ng talangka, okra, eggplant w/ bagoong, kilawin (the one with crushed liver), lechon, bringhe, puso ng saging sisig, arobong camaro, dinuguan, chicken gizzard, 2 chicken dishes that i don't know the name of. one had a tomato like base, the other one may have been adobo. leche flan.

standouts: gizzard, camaro, puso ng saging sisig and the bringhe.

more sweets from the kabigting residence: kakanin like thing made from corn. it was bright yellow. another one was a milk based custard. i was popping by then.. just tasted them.

visited the farm.

left arayat at around 4ish got back to tita leny's at around 7.

drove home.

had a mini mamon from the ref.

went to town with ate, paula and izhar to watch A Chirstmas Carol.

had butter popcorn.

3pm: pricemart beef rolls

4pm: chorizo tomato sauce and fettucini.

8pm: truffled popcorn, peanut butter, lengua de gato, a banana.

i used to look for your face in crowds

after a year... A YEAR of condo living, waking up between the hours of 5am-6am... i finally had a hot shower.
